INTRODUCTION To Article 16 Of Indian Constitution • ARTICLE 16 of the Constitution of India, 1950 (COI) is given under Part III of the Constitution. ARTICLE 16 is a Fundamental Right which guarantees equal opportunity in public employments of state to all the citizens of India.
